How to get out of a funk…

Feeling a little off? Down? Or just generally “bleh”? Shake yourself out it and hit the energetic reset button by doing something out of the ordinary. Switch up your routine and do something playful and fun - I promise you’ll feel better! It works for me every time. When the weather is warm I love to pick a day to bike through Central Park - it made me feel like a kid again, helped me be hyper-present, and was a physical workout which helped move stagnant energy out of my body (a bonus!).
