What does worry add? It does not change outcomes. It does not spur inspired action. It only detracts. It’s spins stories of futures never to occur.

What’s the worst that could happen if you cease to worry? It does not support you or assist you. It distracts and weighs you down. So drop it. Let it go. Once and for all. Like the tree shedding it’s leaves as it enters a new season, allow yourself to drop the outdated stories, fears, and worries, and make room for what’s been trying to reach you.
